Thank you for shopping with Ghani Coleection. We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • The item must not be a customized, discounted, or final sale product.

  • Items such as undergarments or accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return address.

  3. Ship the item back within 3 days of approval. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product changes, subject to availability.

  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
